Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Monday HR, we are committed to delivering high-quality HR consulting and advisory services tailored to your business needs. This policy outlines how we manage service fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, and subscription terms to ensure transparency and trust.
1. Fulfillment of Services
Once a Consulting Agreement is signed or a deposit is paid, Monday HR will begin providing services in accordance with the agreed scope and timeline.
Access to our Client Portal includes the ability to:
View open and paid invoices
Update billing information
Manage payment methods
Cancel subscriptions (effective at the end of the current billing cycle)
2. Service Term & Cancellation
Our consulting services are delivered on a subscription-style model, unless agreed otherwise.
The agreement term will be either:
As specified in the signed Service Agreement; or
A default term of 12 months where no term is specified.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing 90 days’ written notice.
A shorter notice period may be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Clients may initiate cancellation by written notice to monica@mondayhr.au. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the 90 day period, unless otherwise agreed.
Monday HR may terminate the agreement immediately and without notice if the client:
Breaches the terms of the agreement
Engages in serious misconduct
Is convicted of an offence involving fraud or dishonesty
Damages mutual trust and confidence (e.g., through legal action against Monday HR)
Fails to maintain required insurance
Is unable to pay debts or enters into insolvency
Fails to pay due amounts or breaches intellectual property obligations
3. Refund Policy
Monday HR does not provide refunds unless required by Australian law.
Clients who wish to request a refund must submit the request in writing to monica@mondayhr.au, including the reasoning for the request.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Monday HR.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Services already delivered or partially completed
Change of mind after services have commenced
Missed consulting appointments without appropriate notice
